Before filling out this form, please make sure you’ve checked with our office that there is space available on your chosen departure and that you have read and understand the following information regarding trip deposit, final trip payment and cancellation policy.

Trip Deposit:
A $300 deposit is required to secure space on an expedition or getaway when making a reservation more than 60 days prior to your trip departure. Payment in full is required if making a reservation 60 days or less before the trip departure.

Final Payment:
Final payment is due 60 days prior to trip departure.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a trip for any reason, notify us in writing. Upon receipt of your written cancellation, the following charges will apply:

  • Deposit/handling fee is non-refundable at any time unless WE cancel the trip.
  • If you cancel off a trip once final payment is collected by our office, there are no refunds or credits to you if we run the trip. This includes COVID related illness.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a trip if the minimum number of passengers is not met 60 days prior to departure OR for any other reason that may occur due to unforeseeable circumstances. If WE cancel a trip you will be given the option of a full refund or future credit for any funds we have already collected from you.
COVID
  • If you are displaying COVID symptoms in Baja, we reserve the right to ask you to take a Covid test. If the test is positive, you will not be allowed to continue the trip and we will need to isolate you from the group and/or evacuate you from the trip depending on circumstances. There will be no trip credits and you will be responsible for any additional charges.

    Unexpected circumstances are common and can force you to change your travel plans at the last minute. PLEASE note if you cancel a trip within 60 days of departure and we run the trip you were booked on you will NOT receive a refund or credit. To protect yourself for incurred costs of deposits, final payments, flights, ground transfers etc., we HIGHLY recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Travel Insurance Services (800)937-1387.

    If you would like extra hotel nights at Posada LunaSol in addition to what's included with your expedition, we would be happy to make these arrangements. Rooms start at $105/night and will be paid upon arrival. This rate is the same as booking online, or through an affiliate. BOOKING POLICY: -Payment is made in full in La Paz. - No shows and cancellations made the day of your reservation will be charged 100% - Cancellations less than 72 hours before your reservation, will be charged 50%. Please be sure to email or call us if you need to cancel your reservation.

    Payment Information

    Your card will not be charged automatically, but you may notice a pre-authorization of $1.00 on your credit card statement. You will be sent a confirmation after we process your deposit or final balance of payment.
