Our normal kayak season resumes in early October each year. However, due to lingering conditions of the virus in the La Paz area at this time (late August) we will delay resuming tours by about a month. We at Sea & Adventures and Mar Y Aventuras are monitoring the virus conditions regularly and will only plan to resume our programs once we along with the Mexican Health Department, National Park Service and Tourism Commission feel it is safe. If and when conditions change we will modify our schedule as needed.

A few things to note:
  1. Air travel to Mexico from the US, Canada and Europe is currently available and permitted. For the most current information go here:

Many airlines have been adding flights to Mexico in recent weeks with more planned. If you are game, they are ready and willing to have you on board!
  2. We have been certified by the World Travel & Tourism Council for opening our hotel and operating tours at 30% capacity. Our hotel and tour staff have been trained and we have complied with all the most current health and hygiene protocols and enhanced sanitation procedures along with measures to maintain as much physical distance as possible. Luckily our tours are naturally outdoors, socially distanced and in small groups! In addition we are limiting the number of people allowed to join each tour even more than usual filling trips to only 30% capacity at this time.
  3. Small group travel will be the new norm for a while. If you are a group of 4-6 people we can likely organize a private tour for you in Baja this November and December. Once we gain some experience and see how the situation unfolds we will modify and evolve our protocol along with the current conditions. Stay tuned…
