My daughter and I are just back from La Paz and what a spectacular week it was! We swam with whale sharks, sea lions and tropical fish and enjoyed calm warm days and cool star filled nights! Paddling this time of year is ideal and camping on the beautiful white sand beaches of the islands very pleasant and bug free! Humpback whales are still cruising the Sea of Cortez and we witnessed several flukes, fins and breaches! Dolphins accompanied our boat rides from island to island and mantas leapt from the blue surface of the sea.
